Very poor customer service. Didn't know how to process a Repco gift card I was given and inferred it was my problem. I paid cash then had to call headoffice for them and they explained how to do it in the future.

The staff has always been helpful and tried there best to fond and supply items at a reasonable price. The RAA discount is always given to members as well.
They had a hard to find Silicon goo, got there just on closing time but you wouldn't know it staff was happy to help, what I wanted was on the shelves but he offered to look out back and found it. Very happy as it was closing time and he could of said sorry don't have any.
